All online orders are made-to-order for you.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days (Excluding Holidays) for your garment to be made. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

PALS Apparel has a 7-day Return Policy for Exchange or Refund. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange or Refund. 

To be eligible for an Exchange or Refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@palsapparel.ca. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please email us at hello@palsapparel.ca to request an exchange and state the issue, prior to returning the purchased item. You may exchange your unworn/unused purchase by mail within 7 days of your original receipt (excluding sale items).
Returned shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please ensure to include your name, return address, and order details within your return or exchange package.

We also suggest that you hold on to your shipment receipt with the tracking number just in case! 

In the event of special offers, no price adjustments will be issued for previously purchased merchandise.
